About the role

  • Develop our corporate strategy for large-scale battery storage and flexibility markets
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear team priorities
  • Prepare structured decision materials, analyses and management presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with multiple departments to embed market and strategy perspectives across the company
  • Regular on-site presence at our headquarters in Kempten

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience (4–5 years) in strategy, corporate strategic development, Strategic Operations, or comparable roles within the energy sector
  • Experience translating strategic objectives into operational priorities
  • Excellent ability to structure complex strategic content and distill it into concise, audience-appropriate presentations and decision documents
  • Strong communication skills to convey strategic content clearly, highlight operational implications and effectively moderate cross-functional discussions
  • Self-directed, solution-oriented working style and willingness to take on responsibility in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and interest in new business models
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
