About the role
- Manage the entire recruiting process, from creating role profiles tailored to target groups to posting job ads
- Responsible for HR structures (e.g., in Personio) and maintaining up-to-date personnel data
- Design an efficient onboarding process and implement modern feedback formats
- Organize team days and events and further develop employee benefits
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in HR, business administration, business/organizational psychology, or equivalent
- Initial relevant professional experience in HR, recruiting, or People Operations (preferably in a startup environment)
- Self-organized and structured way of working with strong execution skills
- Passion for modern HR practices and a sustainable company culture
- Strong people skills and empathetic communication at all levels
