About the role
- Manage the production process from raw data upload to processed data client delivery.
- Lead and manage the internal production team in Budapest and international contracted operators; exercise functional supervision over the Singapore processing center.
- Hire and develop team capabilities and plan necessary resources to match processing needs in line with financial and operational plans.
- Oversee processing steps including quality control, initial transformation and alignment of raw data, ML-based data extraction, validation, and post-sales support.
- Assure timely delivery of high-quality processed data and post-delivery support for clients in different time zones.
- Align expectations with regional sales teams and manage special requests and exceptions.
- Drive efficiency and scalability by maintaining structured, repeatable, process-driven workflows suitable for high-throughput operations.
- Constantly improve the production process.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing end-to-end processing of LiDAR and image data, ideally in a serial production environment.
- Profound domain expertise in mobile LiDAR and image data processing.
- Leadership experience managing teams and contracted operators.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly technical projects involving 3D mapping, GIS, and remote sensing technologies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LIDAR scanning technologies.
- Sound understanding of GIS or 3D modelling software.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Highly process-oriented with focus on throughput, efficiency, and quality.
- "Can do" mentality; self-starter.
