About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the support, coaching, and training provided to new workers in fund raising
Oversee processes and systems used to orient, prepare, track, and support new workers
Coordinate preparation and support for appointees so they are equipped to thrive personally and missionally
Participate as a member of the International Personnel Team
Serve as the primary point of contact for appointees and new workers from countries without established Sending Entities
Provide support to Sending Entity Human Resources departments in matters related to International Personnel
Work closely with Sending Entities and GEM nations to support the placement of cross-cultural workers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized higher education institution.
Knowledge and experience in fund raising in Europe is desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
