About the role
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote open positions and showcase GCBHS’s employer brand
- Use creative methods to deliver key messages about the organization's mission and culture
- Create engaging digital content for various social platforms, including videos and flyers, to attract top talent
- Create and manage digital content for social platforms, supporting outreach efforts to attract top talent
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, both virtually and in person, representing the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with social media strategy and content management
- Proficiency in digital media tools, illustrations, and video editing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset
- A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
