Account Executive

• Responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping duties for the Group Companies and our Fund Portfolio
• Monthly accounts in accounting system Xero software
• Monthly data entry - Fund accounts
• Quarterly/annual data entry for regulatory reporting and board meetings
• Communication with banks on account maintenance matters
• Maintenance of online accounts and invoices filing
• Cash book updates
• Annual renewal forms - insurance, internet, storage etc
