About the role

  • Support employee training, projects, and customer service improvements
  • Seek to improve processes and encourage actionable steps to optimize results
  • Ensure all processing activities are accurately completed in accordance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Collaborate and support peers for systems improvement
  • Provide call and processing overflow support to the Member Support team
  • Recommend training programs and QA methodology to support continuous improvement
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to projects

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Three (3) years of administrative work of increasing responsibility
  • Experience in insurance, health care, or customer experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong technical writing abilities, including excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills for routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of set variables
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with databases and Microsoft 365 products
  • Proficient in applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
