About the role
- Support employee training, projects, and customer service improvements
- Seek to improve processes and encourage actionable steps to optimize results
- Ensure all processing activities are accurately completed in accordance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Collaborate and support peers for systems improvement
- Provide call and processing overflow support to the Member Support team
- Recommend training programs and QA methodology to support continuous improvement
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to projects
Requirements
- High school or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Three (3) years of administrative work of increasing responsibility
- Experience in insurance, health care, or customer experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong technical writing abilities, including excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills for routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of set variables
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with databases and Microsoft 365 products
- Proficient in applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
