• Reporting directly to executive management, we are looking for a strategic, committed individual with a hands-on mentality and team spirit for the role of Head of Digital Marketing (m/f/d).
• Strategy & budget responsibility: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy, including annual planning, budgeting and OKRs.
• Demand & lead generation: Plan, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads (MQLs), increase reach and improve conversion across channels such as LinkedIn, SEA, website/SEO and geo-marketing.
• Customer experience & retention: Design effective, data-driven customer journeys—from intelligent engagement to long-term retention and marketing automation—with the goal of delighting customers in the long term.
• Content & brand: Ensure consistent brand management (CI/CD) across all channels in collaboration with executive management; develop strategy and act as editor-in-chief for our content management team.
• Team leadership & partner management: Lead and develop an engaged, capable team and collaborate with agencies and external partners.
• Marketing stack & processes: Advance and orchestrate our tools as well as efficient, scalable, data-driven processes (both within the team and cross-functionally).
• Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, IT, executive management and our international marketing network.
