About the role
- Own and continuously refine revenue forecasting models and methodologies
- Partner with Sales and Finance Leadership to drive forecast accuracy, accountability, and risk visibility
- Lead and maintain executive-level dashboards used in leadership discussions
- Monitor pipeline health, coverage, and risk across segments
- Identify data quality gaps and recommend scalable process improvements
- Explain variance, assumptions, and risk with confidence and clarity
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Analytics
- Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue forecasting
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Finance leaders in forecasting or planning
- Strong analytical skills, Excel required, BI and CRM preferred
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs and assumptions
- Education industry experience preferred.
