About the role
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulations.
- Ensure residents’ individual needs and preferences are consistently met with compassion and dignity.
- Support the team in achieving high quality and efficient delivery of care.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to provide ongoing performance management and development.
- Investigate and report incidents of suspected resident neglect and/or abuse.
- Lead by example and ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care.
Requirements
- RN (Registered Nurse) licensed in the State of Minnesota.
- Supervisory experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using resident record computerized systems.
