Partners with the Director of Marketing to manage and grow the organization’s social media presence, with an emphasis driving LinkedIn and YouTube growth while exploring opportunities additional platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.
Co-leads content planning from ideation to execution, including scheduling and performance tracking, with a focus on elevating engagement through strategic video content editing and podcast promotion, particularly to generate subscriber growth for the Gray to Great podcast series.
Develops deep knowledge of the retirement plan advisory industry and serves as a market expert.
Creates compelling, brand-aligned short-form content across channels including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and web assets.
Drives logistics and execution for high-impact industry events and company-sponsored activations.
Contributes to the planning and rollout of multi-channel campaigns. Supports asset development, campaign scheduling, and project tracking to ensure timely and effective execution.
Provides administrative support to the Marketing team by organizing files, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining an updated list of project progress and due dates.
Stays current on marketing trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Shares best practices and insights to help refine workflows and enhance team efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in marketing, digital content, or social media management. Experience with event management is preferred.
Hands-on experience with video editing and design tools like Canva, CapCut, Riverside, or similar.
Proficient with LinkedIn and YouTube platforms with an awareness of how to drive engagement, as well as social media such as Instagram and Twitter.
Strong writing and communication skills with a keen editorial eye - particularly for brand voice.
Curiosity about financial services, the retirement industry and a desire to build industry knowledge over time.
Organization and reliability, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond, showing eagerness to learn, share ideas, and grow into greater responsibility.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and an openness to learning new marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
