Lead strategy, planning, and execution of new field sales tools, including digital sales aids.
Collaborate with CRM, Sales Enablement, and Training teams to ensure platform integration.
Align with US HCP Marketing and Global Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution across both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes segments.
Own MLR/Veeva submission and approval processes.
Partner with US Marketing Events team to develop sales tool strategies for national and local events.
Conduct regular field travel for feedback, tool evaluation, and message recall initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing
10+ years of work experience
2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical industry marketing experience preferred
Experience developing and commercializing field selling tools and new products/line extensions.
Diabetes experience or knowledge preferred
Experience leading, motivating and managing a team
