About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed
- Gather and prioritize product requirements with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Define and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term technical innovation
- Evaluate emerging technologies, architecture decisions, and integration approaches as needed
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
- Partner with engineering teams for timely feature and enhancement delivery
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
- Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly, high-quality products
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback with the UX team
- Make informed decisions about product architecture, design, and implementation
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- Track and analyze product performance metrics and optimize performance
- Minimize dependencies and align stakeholder teams on objectives and timelines
- Foster collaboration and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful product launches
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, including Technical Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of product development
- Strong understanding of development frameworks, ideally Extreme Programming
- Analytical skills to gather and analyze data for problem solving and decision-making
- Business knowledge and ability to identify and define business needs
- Understanding of organizational business and technology operations
- Strong customer focus with a responsive, consultative, collaborative, and accurate work approach
- Certification in Lean methodologies preferred
- User-Centered Design certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
