About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source candidates through various recruiting channels including web tools, college recruiting, networking and referrals
  • Actively recruit and interview qualified talent to meet business needs
  • Review and evaluate applicant’s work history, education, training and other qualifications
  • Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers
  • Assist with managing the on-boarding process for all new employees including pre-employment screening, coordinating offer letters, and travel arrangements
  • Develop behavioral based and competency-based interview questions to assist in the selection process
  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate new hire and pre-hire paperwork
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of experience in a corporate environment preferred, but recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications or related field will also be considered
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft products
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment with, and adopt new technologies to enhance recruiting processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
