Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
13+ years of loss control experience working for a major writer of workers' compensation insurance
Strong workers' compensation knowledge
Ability to conduct training programs and classes for clients
Basic knowledge of underwriting and product management skills
Broad knowledge of commercial lines of insurance coverage
Familiarity with engineering principles and safety standards
Strong consideration for industry designations (ARM, CPCU, etc.)
Extensive use of computers and software programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Progress toward a professional designation preferred (CSP, ARM, etc.)
