About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation, and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects
- Produce, maintain, update, and regularly issue project schedules throughout project duration
- Monitor trends and alert management to potential positive and negative impacts
- Travel to jobsites as necessary
- Work collaboratively across project workstreams and communicate construction sequencing approaches
- Perform duties in a normal office environment; overtime may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a scheduler
- Bachelor’s degree
- Construction industry experience required
- Understanding of logic relationships between components of turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects
- Fundamental understanding of design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling, and building systems
- Ability to generate schedules using process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and traditional construction documents
- Leadership skills to communicate and implement construction approaches across project workstreams
- Experience using recent versions of Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, software, and email
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be physically present in the Lexington office
- Ability to travel to jobsites as necessary
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
