About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Prepare estimates in areas of MEP self-performed work
Assist in the development of MEP project schedule within the entire construction schedule
Manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion
Serve as on-site Safety Officer when one is not specifically assigned to the project.
Draft changes and change orders to be reviewed by MEP Project Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
Minimum five years related experience and/or training
Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications
Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment
Passion for collaboration and professional development.
