About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Prepare estimates in areas of MEP self-performed work
  • Assist in the development of MEP project schedule within the entire construction schedule
  • Manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion
  • Serve as on-site Safety Officer when one is not specifically assigned to the project.
  • Draft changes and change orders to be reviewed by MEP Project Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
  • Minimum five years related experience and/or training
  • Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications
  • Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment
  • Passion for collaboration and professional development.
