About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepares architectural plans as directed by design managers
Assists design managers in construction administration activities.
Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.
Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors.
Participates in on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Prepares studies and reports.
Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
2 to 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience designing in Revit is highly preferred
Experience producing architectural drawings is required.
Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, design software, and e-mail.
