About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepares architectural plans as directed by design managers
- Assists design managers in construction administration activities.
- Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.
- Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors.
- Participates in on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Prepares studies and reports.
- Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 2 to 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing in Revit is highly preferred
- Experience producing architectural drawings is required.
- Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, design software, and e-mail.
