About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct activities and coordinate the day-to-day quality control system and procedures for the company, from project startup to completion
Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned
Manage daily activities of the quality control program
Train team members in the use of the quality control program
Perform administrative set up of projects within the quality program database
Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that quality controls are in place
Work with Project Managers, Site Managers and Design Managers to ensure quality performance and installation of materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or technical/associate degree in a related field
Ten years related experience or equivalent total of both experience and education totaling fourteen years
Excellent communication skills
Must be physically present in one of our office locations (Lexington, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL)
Required to travel up to 100% of the time
