About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct activities and coordinate the day-to-day quality control system and procedures for the company, from project startup to completion
- Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned
- Manage daily activities of the quality control program
- Train team members in the use of the quality control program
- Perform administrative set up of projects within the quality program database
- Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that quality controls are in place
- Work with Project Managers, Site Managers and Design Managers to ensure quality performance and installation of materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or technical/associate degree in a related field
- Ten years related experience or equivalent total of both experience and education totaling fourteen years
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be physically present in one of our office locations (Lexington, KY; Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL)
- Required to travel up to 100% of the time
