About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee Site Commissioning team
Provide training for team member career development
Meet with Project executives to establish commissioning scope
Review Subcontractor Exhibit A scope of work
Train Site teams and trade partners in CxAlloy
Assist in reviewing and approving commissioning plans
Manage Commissioning database for assigned projects
Perform audits on project sites
Generate Commissioning status reports
Ensure products are working according to specifications
Lead onsite commissioning meetings
Attend Pre-construction meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced experience with CxAlloy
Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time
Minimum of six years of commissioning and/or project management experience
Minimum of two years experience managing commissioning projects
At least three years experience in setting up CxAlloy Commissioning databases
Developed and maintained written commissioning plans on at least five projects
Ability to mentor and/or train other project staff
