About the role
- Develop, update and monitor job progress using QMS program
- Perform quantity take off(s), cost estimates and bid solicitation
- Purchase and coordinate the delivery of materials for project(s)
- Review and approve invoices and change orders
- Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors
- Attend weekly job site meetings
- Assist in the preparation of various reports
- Communicate effectively with customer, direct consultants and subcontractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of three years related experience
- Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications
- Working knowledge of scheduling applications (may be required)
