About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and supervise the lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, performance standards, and financial goals.
Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Guide project teams towards excellence.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, AP, and AR processes.
Implement and monitor comprehensive risk management practices.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation.
Negotiate with stakeholders and resolve project hurdles.
Mentor and train project management staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management (or equivalent) role.
Proven ability to ensure project success through effective planning, design, and execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC
Exceptional communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
