About the role

  • Leads planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline projects from initiation to closure
  • Responsible for overall success of projects, ensuring predictable results across deliverables and metrics
  • Foster collaboration across departments and develop project management resources
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans aligned with business goals and customer expectations
  • Disseminate project progress and outcomes to leadership
  • Provide coaching and feedback to project team members
  • Lead estimating and proposal phase in collaboration with technical teams and business development
  • Coordinate pre-project planning and ensure customer scope understanding
  • Ensure solutions meet delivery milestones and required testing and commissioning
  • Provide on-site support and coordination, including supervision of team members and partners

Requirements

  • 10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Experience with Design-Build projects (preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and related solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and products
  • Comfortable working in industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate on behalf of the company
  • Energetic, self-motivated; enjoys team environment, collaboration, and professional development
