About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the coordination of interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, and customers
Responsible for organizational, leadership, communication, management, and problem-solving skills on the project(s)
Monitors and reports on the financial status of the project(s)
Heavy involvement in job progress schedule development
Purchases and monitors the delivery of all needed materials
Negotiates contracts with trade partners and vendors
Reviews and approves trade partner and vendor payment requests
Works with design and engineering teams to ensure project compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of six years of experience in construction management
Technical knowledge and experience supporting projects in a Project Manager I role or equivalent
Preference for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture)
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and innovative programs/software provided by Gray
Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment
