Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
Minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
Minimum of three years’ experience managing design/build or hard bid projects
Experience with contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus, and fee-based construction
Knowledge of contractual language and legal implications
Proven record in increasing project profitability
Knowledgeable of engineering and design disciplines
Ability to develop aggressive project schedules
Ability to mentor and train project staff
