About the role
- Responsible for the overall management of one $75MM + project or multiple construction projects
- Facilitate customer and team meetings, ensuring detailed meeting minutes
- Monitor project financial performance and manage budgets
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project master schedules
- Implement risk management plans and safety programs on-site
- Develop relationship management plans for customers and subcontractors
- Ensure team member development and support for company's vision and values
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects or hard bid projects
- Knowledgeable in all contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction
- Knowledgeable in technical aspects of engineering and design disciplines
- Experience managing large complex projects and proposal teams
- Able to mentor and train other project staff
