Support the understanding and distribution of job cost information and project estimates.
Contribute to project sequencing and scheduling efforts.
Help track project progress and participate in the analysis of production.
Assist in project cost reporting and other administrative duties.
Support material/equipment procurement processes.
Help manage change order requests and tracking.
Coordinate with general contractors/owners under supervision.
Assist with reporting requirements, including field time and productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects.
Learn and comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Provide hands-on support across various stages of the project lifecycle at project locations.
Requirements
Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant construction experience.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of construction software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC, etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a team.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to adapt to different roles and requirements within the project lifecycle.
Physical ability: frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, reach, talk or hear; regularly climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
