About the role
- Responsible for the financial health of all projects at all times.
- Develop project budgets, project schedules, manage resource allocation, and job cost models.
- Counsel Project Engineers and evaluate Assistant Project Engineers for raise and promotion.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure billing aligns with project budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or a minimum of ten years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum of five years of experience in commercial structural steel or miscellaneous metals.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information.
