About the role
- Supports the coordination of interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, and customers, design, and engineering efforts.
- Monitors and reports on the financial status of the project(s).
- Purchases and monitors the delivery of all needed materials for their scope of responsibility on the project(s).
- Negotiates contracts with trade partners and vendors for their trade scope of responsibility.
- Reviews and approves trade partner and vendor payment requests.
- Works with design and engineering teams to ensure project(s) is/are designed, procured, and constructed within the boundaries of operating guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture)
- Advanced computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and innovative programs/software provided by Gray.
- Energetic and self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment and has a passion for collaboration and professional development.
