About the role
- Support coordination of interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Monitor and report on the financial status of projects and manage contracts
- Develop job progress schedules ensuring compliance with timelines
- Negotiate contracts with trade partners and eliminate project risks
- Review and approve trade partner and vendor payment requests
- Work with design and engineering teams for compliance with project guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in construction management
- Technical knowledge supporting projects in an Assistant Project Manager role
- Preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and innovative programs/software
- Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment
