About the role
- Ensures coordination of interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, and customers
- Monitors and reports on the financial status of the project(s)
- Responsible for development of job progress schedule
- Purchases and monitors the delivery of all needed materials for their scope of responsibility
- Negotiates contracts with trade partners and vendors
- Prepares and presents reports to successfully manage the project(s)
- Responsible for communication, implementation, and enforcement of Gray’s safety and quality programs
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience in construction management
- Technical knowledge and experience supporting projects in a Project Manager II role or equivalent
- Successfully completed at least two projects in a Project Manager II role or equivalent
- Preference for a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and other innovative programs/software
