About the role
- Compile, input, and process payroll for approximately 2000+ team members
- Ensure payroll data input is accurate and entered on-time
- Process off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments
- Assist with creating and submitting garnishments
- Conduct in-depth reviews of team member personnel records
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related questions
- Participate in audits of payroll data as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in payroll processing
- Extensive experience in using UKG or a similar, cloud-based, payroll system
- Proficient computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Payroll certification preferred (FPC or CPP)
- Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Professional Services industry highly preferred
