About the role

  • Act as a subject matter expert on GDM's digital suite of products, platforms, and attribution tools.
  • Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs.
  • Translate technical product features and performance data into clear, business-focused value propositions.
  • Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results.
  • Stay current on digital trends and tools to provide client-facing teams with the latest industry information.
  • Support platform access, campaign tracking, and implementation where technical expertise is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions
  • Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI Tools) and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
  • Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively
  • Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Familiarity with OMS and/or CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution reporting.
  • Prior experience supporting client-facing teams is a plus.
