About the role
- Collaborate with local sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance top-tier digital accounts.
- Mentor and support local sellers in positioning premium digital solutions, strengthening their strategic capabilities.
- Lead diagnostic meetings with high-value clients to understand goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Build custom digital strategies leveraging full-funnel solutions, audience insights, and platform capabilities.
- Develop compelling presentations that clearly communicate strategy, differentiation, and expected outcomes.
- Serve as the lead throughout the sales process, ensuring clarity, alignment, and confidence at every step.
- Provide ongoing optimization recommendations based on performance data, industry insights, and client objectives.
- Review reporting deliverables, analyze results, and translate insights into clear next steps and renewal opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
- Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in digital and cross-platform sales strategy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in data-driven sales, audience targeting, and campaign analytics
- Expertise in media buying workflows for linear, streaming, and digital platforms
- Strong time management skills with the ability to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop scalable revenue plans and client solutions
