About the role

  • Collaborate with local sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance top-tier digital accounts.
  • Mentor and support local sellers in positioning premium digital solutions, strengthening their strategic capabilities.
  • Lead diagnostic meetings with high-value clients to understand goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Build custom digital strategies leveraging full-funnel solutions, audience insights, and platform capabilities.
  • Develop compelling presentations that clearly communicate strategy, differentiation, and expected outcomes.
  • Serve as the lead throughout the sales process, ensuring clarity, alignment, and confidence at every step.
  • Provide ongoing optimization recommendations based on performance data, industry insights, and client objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
  • Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in digital and cross-platform sales strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in data-driven sales, audience targeting, and campaign analytics
  • Expertise in media buying workflows for linear, streaming, and digital platforms
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop scalable revenue plans and client solutions
