About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university leaders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer alignment
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Develop tailored success plans and monitor health metrics
- Drive customer renewals by demonstrating ROI
- Track and report on KPIs and present outcomes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer success stories
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience in SaaS
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and executive-level relationships
- Strong consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
