About the role
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Development teams to define estimates and scopes of work
- Align proposed technology solutions with client business goals and IT requirements
- Support the review of scopes of work and contractual documentation
- Conduct technical audits of existing platforms and environments
- Create and deliver technical presentations with recommendations for prospective and existing clients
- Engage directly with clients through status meetings, live demonstrations, requirements gathering sessions, and technical Q&A
- Provide technical leadership across development, implementation, and testing phases, integrating legacy systems with new technologies
- Oversee the creation of functional and technical documentation
- Analyze enterprise-scale systems and decompose them into manageable, well-defined components
- Design and document complex architectures using clear technical diagrams, including:
- - Solutions architecture diagrams
- - Sequence diagrams
- - Logical diagrams
- - Flow charts
- Partner with clients to plan and design the overall structure of technology systems
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for enterprise-scale clients and their internal technical teams
- Create and oversee website launch plans across internal and client infrastructure
- Assist with the management of cloud infrastructure
- Support DNS and SMTP configuration and management
- Assist internal teams and clients with post-launch issues, including site availability, page errors, security concerns, and certificate expiration
- Respond to website support issues and critical incidents during US business hours
- Coordinate with global development and support teams, including occasional evening meetings or online collaboration (approximately once per week)
Requirements
- 4+ years of broad technical experience in website and digital platform development, including a proven track record delivering large-scale and enterprise-scale projects
- Deep technical expertise in **at least three** of the following areas:
- - WordPress
- - HubSpot CMS
- - Advanced front-end web development
- - Drupal
- - Adobe Experience Manager
- - Sitecore
- - Marketing automation platforms
- - Website analytics
- - Website consent management
- - DevOps
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to:
- - Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- - Clearly communicate technical issues to developers using screenshots, requirements, specifications, and documentation
- - Ability to translate vague or incomplete client requirements into clear, actionable technical plans
- Comfort working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Azure
- Solid understanding of website hosting requirements and deployment options
- Proven ability to mentor and support less experienced team members
- **Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience evaluating and implementing websites following security best practices
- Hands-on experience with website consent management platforms such as OneTrust
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and third-party integrations
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics
- Experience with data integrations and API management
- Experience with DevOps infrastructure and delivery processes.
