About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America
  • Manage the full renewal process, ensuring high retention and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally
  • Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long-term business goals
  • Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens
  • Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies (not mandatory but a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business-value focus
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions
  • Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes
