  • Challenge the Roadmap: You collaborate with PMs to trade off technical complexity against user value, proposing simpler solutions that capture 80% of the value.
  • Direct Customer Discovery: You join customer calls to hear about their needs first-hand, and to help understand complex issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Strong background in software engineering
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to use AI tools for code generation (accelerating dev cycles) and text summarisation (synthesising user feedback).
  • Full-Stack Fluency: Proven ability to work across the backend and frontend.
  • Product Sense: Demonstrated ability to articulate why you built past features and how they impacted the business.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English. You can explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
