About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research member-level payment issues and coordinating resolution.
  • Monitor monthly ongoing carrier payments.
  • Manage SEP (Special Enrollment Period) carrier payments and autopay setup.
  • Maintain SOPs for carrier payments.
  • Coordinate with other Operation teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems
  • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
  • Execute and track carrier-level binder payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Onboard new Easy Enroll carrier payment processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College or University Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience preferably in financial operations, payments, or health benefits administration
  • Proficient in Excel and technology (V-lookups; pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with carriers and internal teams.
