About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and employer relationships
  • Execute a disciplined sales process and maintain strong broker engagement
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Partner with internal teams for smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systems
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
