About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and employer relationships
- Execute a disciplined sales process and maintain strong broker engagement
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines
- Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Partner with internal teams for smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systems
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
