About the role
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems
- Apply deep Information Architecture principles to structure complex data
- Apply task-centered analysis to optimize existing administrative workflows
- Create elegant design solutions to resolve user/customer/stakeholder challenges
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams
- Determine success metrics (UX KPIs) and measure them post-launch
- Design user flows, detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Expert proficiency in Information Architecture
- Proven ability to determine UX KPIs for workflow efficiency
- Exceptional collaboration skills with business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards
