About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary contact to communicate progress, manage expectations, and align stakeholders on project risks and issues.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to develop use cases, requirements, and comprehensive business proposals.
- Define high-level goals, draft SOWs, and develop detailed implementation plans including timelines, resources, and work breakdown structures.
- Oversee project plan delivery, providing organizational guidance and support to both internal and client development teams.
- Monitor resource allocation, track milestone fulfillment, and manage change requests and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate formal delivery acceptance, archive documentation, and ensure all contractual and commercial obligations are met.
- Resolve cross-departmental issues and collaborate with product teams to fulfill specific customer requests.
- Drive the development of operational processes, training programs, and project management best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years managing and delivering IT projects, preferably in a technical environment.
- Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading and managing remotely distributed project teams.
- Expert-level experience in managing client communications and expectations.
- Strong organizational ability to estimate, prioritize, and coordinate complex work streams.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project changes and risks.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Solid analytical skills to navigate project roadblocks and organizational challenges.
- Prior experience in IT professional services or a client-facing consultancy (preferred).
- Familiarity with Semantic Web and Knowledge Graph technology domains (preferred).
- Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) (preferred).
- Specialized experience in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail (preferred).
