About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for assuming all duties performed by case sealer
Support the Finishing Department by filling in as a feeder/catcher as needed
Understand and align business operations in the Finishing Department to exceed customer expectations
Remove excess scrap from loads using pneumatic air hammers
Restack and separate loads die cut loads
Report production on daily time sheets including amount wasted
Stretch wrap loads for storage
Operate the baler in a safe and efficient manner
Assist in other departments as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer and math skills
