About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversight of the Midwest Region’s financial personnel and processes.
Analytical support for all activities and processes of Plant Leadership teams in the Midwest Region.
Key processes include monthly close, monthly financial forecasts, annual operating plans and compliance matters.
Analysis and evaluation of the Region’s monthly operating results, annual budgets, monthly production and financial forecasts, and weekly results reporting.
Provide analytical support for cross functional projects including but not limited to customer profitability analysis and pricing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field required.
Manufacturing experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3 and OLAP tools
Strong financial modeling skills
Travel 15% to 25%
