About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial leadership in business decision-making to maximize long-term value, cash flows, and shareholder return.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the Region.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and provide management with assessments of key projects.
Support continuous improvement activities for financial reporting standards.
Oversee Canadian Region’s financial personnel and processes, including monthly close and annual operating plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field required.
Manufacturing experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3 and OLAP tools
Strong financial modeling skills
Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance role with 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
