About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical support for all activities and processes of the local Site Leadership Team
  • Review month end results: P&L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis
  • Oversee monthly close process including oversight of Balance Sheet reconciliations and accurate Revenue and Expense reporting
  • Create monthly financial forecasts and analysis
  • Lead the development and analysis of the annual operating plan
  • Support Operations with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field required
  • Minimum 5-7 years in an Accounting/ Finance role
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • ERP systems experience required; SAP preferred
  • Travel 5-10%; local travel between locations
