Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical support for all activities and processes of the local Site Leadership Team
Review month end results: P&L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis
Oversee monthly close process including oversight of Balance Sheet reconciliations and accurate Revenue and Expense reporting
Create monthly financial forecasts and analysis
Lead the development and analysis of the annual operating plan
Support Operations with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field required
Minimum 5-7 years in an Accounting/ Finance role
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
ERP systems experience required; SAP preferred
Travel 5-10%; local travel between locations
