About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads across forms, chat, events, and content downloads while meeting speed-to-lead SLAs
  • Qualify prospects through discovery of problems, goals, timing, and fit, and align them with the right product, tier, and sales resource
  • Prioritize lead queues by intent, source, and recency
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, dispositions, and next steps
  • Book high-quality demos and set clear expectations for prospects and sales representatives
  • Confirm meeting details and reinforce value to improve show rates
  • Re-engage no-shows and stalled inbound leads through outreach sequences and incentives when appropriate
  • Partner with Sales on handoffs and lead-quality feedback loops
  • Work priority campaign lead lists and support reactivation and re-engagement motions
  • Tailor talk tracks and messaging by persona, segment, and product line
  • Share insights about objections, competitors, and pain points with Marketing
  • Follow documented workflows, cadences, and qualification criteria
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust approach based on results
  • Test messaging, sequences, and touch patterns and share results
  • Provide feedback on lead sources, campaign outcomes, and routing logic to Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing or revenue-adjacent role such as SDR/BDR, inbound sales, support, or success
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone, email, and video
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize high volumes of inbound leads
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with at least one sales engagement or marketing automation tool, such as Outreach
  • Data-aware mindset and ability to adjust based on performance metrics
  • Curiosity and empathy; ability to ask smart questions and listen actively
  • Comfort and passion for adopting AI tools for outreach, call summaries, or workflow optimization
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or with SMB or mid-market customers is nice to have
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing funnel concepts such as MQL, SAL, SQL, show rate, and speed-to-lead is nice to have
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and Sales teams is nice to have
  • Must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
