About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand new business opportunities on the West Coast
- Collaborate with District Leaders to drive revenue growth across Grantek
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Understand client needs and align Grantek services with their goals
- Collaborate with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Implement lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach
- Participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development
- Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment
- Develop strategic proposals and ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Experience within the automation industry is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Engineering preferred
- Leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% across North America
