About the role
- serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Practice group
- create comprehensive proposals based on client win strategies
- assess pricing, identify potential risks, craft winning proposals
- effectively present proposals to clients
- architect and present customer solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key clients
- collaborate with the Practice group to contribute to the group's direction and strategy development
- investigate for potential and upcoming work and observe for potential client needs
- execute machine safety assessments and/or consulting services for key clients
- engage, support & participate in company decisions
Requirements
- B.Sc. Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or Related Engineering Degree and/or Technology Diploma/Certification
- TUV Rhineland or Nord certification a plus
- minimum of 3-5 years experience in a team-based environment, account management, and sales functions
- strong knowledge of a sales process, and engineering design principles and processes relating to machine safety
- involved in Machine Safety facet of automation projects
- knowledge in project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy development
- strong mentorship and communication skills, customer-centric mindset
