Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations, including planning, design, and build phases
Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals
Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
Conduct training classes for end users before deployment
Provide post-production support
Assist with functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
Deliver complex and time-sensitive projects
Work with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives
Travel as needed, with expected travel up to 40%
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required
Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations of Workday
Knowledge of Workday modules and applications
Industry recognized professional certification required
Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications
Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Workday applications
Exposure or training on Workday applications
Proven ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects
Strong leadership skills; ability to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
Ability to work with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes
Ability to travel as needed; expected travel up to 40%
